Project Overview

ALPR's (Automated License Plate Readers) help communities and law enforcement work together to capture objective evidence needed to reduce crime rates and improve neighborhood security. 

Status

ALPR Cameras have been installed on the heaviest traffic areas of Hilshire Village. The City of Houston and all memorial villages have utilized the same system allowing for interconnectivity. The City plans to install additional cameras around the city. Updates are to be provided as they become available.
